Tye F. Hunter, PhD, ABPP, a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist, and Licensed Psychologist in Washington and Arizona, provides Forensic Evaluation, Expert Opinion, and Litigation Support in Criminal, Civil, Juvenile, and Family Court. His focus includes Personal Injury Litigation, Parenting Evaluations, GAL and Custody and Access Evaluations, Juvenile Rehabilitation, Juvenile Competency, Juvenile Risk Assessment, Criminal Competency, Criminal Responsibility and Diminished Capacity, Criminal Mitigation, and Miranda Waiver.  Dr. Hunter has been designated an expert in many Washington State Superior Courts and in US District Court, Seattle as well as courts in Arizona, California, and Virginia.
